We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The location was convenient, being very near to the airport and close to wonderful restaurants in this city.

It offers easy access to transportation and saves time and money compared to flagging down a taxi. the hotel is situated on the sea, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious with balconies and modern decor, providing a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are well-maintained and the staff is friendly, making guests feel welcome. The highlight of the stay is the amazing breakfast which receives rave reviews from previous guests.
One aspect that could use improvement is the staff's understanding and efficiency. There are instances mentioned where wrong orders were delivered and miscommunication regarding taxi directions resulted in delays.

This hotel surpasses all expectations with its luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were fulfilled. the room advantages were exceptional, including a private facilities and jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery and providing a relaxing escape.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the restaurant, which while offering a wide range of high-quality dishes, was quite busy during peak hours. the bar/lounge area provided a comfortable alternative, with a fantastic selection of beverages and a welcoming atmosphere.

I had a late check-in and early check-out but the reception staff at Galleria Hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure my stay was enjoyable, even though the hotel was fully booked. The central location and tasty breakfast were definite highlights. The gym was clean and well-equipped.
